The layout comprises three bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen with a sunroom and a pantry, an open balcony at the front of the building, and an attic belonging to the flat itself, providing a very useful additional area for storage.

The air-conditioning system has been carefully designed for the entire property. The three bedrooms are fitted with 9,000 BTU Samsung WindFree Comfort R32 Wi-Fi air-conditioning units, whilst the living room and kitchen are equipped with 12,000 BTU units from the same range, allowing the temperature in each room to be controlled individually and remotely.

For the colder months, the property also features a Solzaima Acqua Eco heat recovery unit, installed in the kitchen and connected to a central heating system via radiators distributed throughout the house. The entire heating pipework is made of copper and is thermally insulated.

Domestic hot water is provided by an electric storage water heater, and the hot water distribution pipework is also insulated to minimise heat loss.

The flat also features high-resistance Tarkett PVC floating flooring and recessed LED lighting in the ceilings, giving the rooms a contemporary, comfortable and easy-to-maintain look.
